We have a very comprehensive range of modern production and traditional machinery that has the flexibility to produce 1 off prototypes to batch quantities of parts and units. We work in sheet material, solid timber and plastics.
We also supply a CNC Routing and edge banding services to clients that require component parts only or flat pack products.
Our team consists of production and mechanical engineers, experienced cabinet makers, spray technicians and joinery machinists. Our CNC team has a combined 45 years’ experience in designing and manufacturing unique display solutions and the firm can offer 100 hours per week of CNC routing. This is achieved across two high-end industrial level CNC routers with table capacities of 3.5 m x 1.5 m and 2.4 m x 1.2 m.
We also maintain a hard wood capability for the more traditional elements that are required from time to time; to complement this we offer a spray polishing and painting service.
